The Shops at Mercy Fest
We are pleased you are interested in
participating in Mercy Fest ’11 on October 8, 2010. Here is a little
more information to get you started. If you are interested please
fill out a registration form. Your completed registration form and
payment will hold you a spot.
• Mercy Fest is located at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church 701 S.
Eola Rd. Aurora, IL 60504
• The festival runs Thursday Oct. 6-Sunday Oct. 9th. Shops at
MercyFest is Saturday only.
• All booths are 9ft.x9ft. spaces.
• Booths cost $50 for Saturday from 12pm-6pm.
• Booths are located indoors in our new Parish Life Center.
• Electricity is available for and additional $10. You supply heavy
duty extension cord.
• It is your responsibility to bring your own tables, chairs and
racks.
• All tables, chairs and racks must have protective covers on the
feet to protect the gym floor.
• Set up will be from 10am-12pm with all booths being stocked and
ready for sales at noon.
• Breakdown will be from 6pm-7pm on Saturday.
• Registration will be limited to one vendor per company.
