Volunteers Needed at Mercy Fest...

This annual community festival is made possible by many, many volunteers! We are so grateful for those who volunteer to help greet at the welcome tent, clean tables, cook and serve food and drinks, help with directing traffic, or simply come out to assist in any way they can. Consider spending some time during Mercy Fest behind the scenes.

There are a lot of great service opportunities for teens: Kids’ Activities, Maintenance, Sell Tickets, Serve Food, Setup (Basket Raffle, MercyFest, Silent Auction, and Vendor), Teardown MercyFest, Volunteer Check in, and Wash Dishes.

Some of the areas we need volunteers for are:

Volunteer Check In

Basket Raffle –basket assembly / setup tables / sell tickets

Silent Auction – setup tables / manage auction tables / cashier

Wine Auction – sell tickets

Kids Activities – help kids with crafts like pumpkin painting

Serve Food - Chili Dinner / Spaghetti Dinner / Food Tent

Plate Food – Chili Dinner / Spaghetti Dinner / Food Tent

Cook Food – cook food for the Chili Dinner / Spaghetti Dinner / Food Tent

We ask that all volunteers be at least 14 years of age, those parking at least 15 years of age, those cooking food at least 18, and those serving beer must be at least 21. For ticket sales, if a student signs up we ask that a parent sign up with them.

We need over 500 volunteers to make our event successful, so please sign up now on-line at
or in the Parish Life Center after all masses.
